honestly i don?t write reviews ever cos i don?t wanna be a karen but i hope that you could improve on the following. why were there 4 members of staff stood next to one till chatting and laughing about something i can gather as being entirely unimportant, meanwhile there?s only one till operating and five people stood queuing? this seems very unfair to the girl who was serving and to the customers who were waiting. also, when asked if you sell makeup remover, why am i just very bluntly told no and then walked away from without any help? i totally get that working in retail sucks and its not a job that anyone?s gonna be very excited to do, but i feel like the bare minimum is common curtesy and politeness?? idk lol i had a pretty poor experience here today.

They don?t tag the clothes properly. The security tag should be placed in the seams so it doesn?t damage the fabric ? that?s just common sense. The pajamas I bought even have holes in them!

Selling items at wrong price I had 4 items today at various prices , manager then said they were more than what was on the label even though went though the till at the price listed which is totally against trading standards so check they don?t change the price at the end of the transaction

Basically it's Primark trying to be Harrods, stuff thrown everywhere and charging the earth for it. Far better years ago you could get some good bargains.
