Charge £19:90 for a battery for a normal car key fob when you can get it from the main dealer for maximum £6:25 fully fitted this is a complete rip off and people should know about it.
It took them all of 1 minute to change the battery disgusting

Van key snapped sorted within minutes. Was told if doesn't work to bring it back until they get it right, but first attempt and all working.Would highly recommend regardless to all other negative feedback top job great and friendly staff.

Absolute joke.. Cut my keys wrong twice. Never had that anywhere!! Customer service is a joke, the 0800 number just cuts me off everyone I get through.. Will never pay their overinflated prices ever again. £6 for a key and they still cannot get it right ð??¡
