A great big thanks to all the staff at your Hereford branch on the 24th August, especially the female member of staff who went out of her way to find exactly what I required from the rear stock room and even found a tap measure to ensure it was fit for the purpose I intended to use it for. Thanks.

I like my visits alone or with my granddaughters. They are very dog friendly my dog is always made welcome he enjoys the fuss they make of him. The staff are always welcoming friendly and helpful. I can usually get what I like in here and so too my granddaughters. Lots of choice reasonably priced. I've been decorating my white tree for Easter I've got lots of bits from there. Thank you ladies for the help you give me.

ordered items via click and collect on line 10th November 2017, site says 1 to 5 days, went into shop on the 15th to pick up items ( this being the 5th day, was told that the items were in transit, so called the local shop on the 17th ( a week after placing the orders and was told the items had not yet come in. so called helpline 01213136050 the operator said that the first order was being in movement and the second order she couldn't find. she would find out exactly where th
