Chrissie is a fantastic therapist, so kind and warm and welcoming and her treatments are always 5*. I always leave feeling really relaxed even if as a busy working Mum, i have arrived frazzled! ...would not go anywhere else for a facial or massage - would 100%recommend to others

The friendly welcome you receive here in this lovely salon is fantastic. I have had many back massages, and I am soon drifting off into total relaxation. The atmosphere in the salon is pure tranquillity, and I always rebook an appointment. This salon is simply the best there is.

This is the most wonderful gem in hereford. Firstly the salon is beautiful, the atmosphere absolutely relaxing, the staff are kind, gentle and genuinely friendly too. The range of treatments is broad and fabulous. Prices are very reasonable. Products used are top of the range. I totally recommend the head in the clouds massage - I've never felt so relaxed in my life afterwards! Finally...I cannot recommend the retreat highly enough. SO glad I found it!!
