Awful, waste of time.
The items I ordered online for delivery were well in stock locally according to the website, only for it to be cancelled the next day. No clear indication of when to expect a refund. From reading other reviews I regret shopping with this company in the first place as stock management is a common issue.

Absolute nightmare trying to purchase a gazebo, I tried to purchase a gazebo from the Hereford store for click and collect as it said there was one in stock to which my purchase was declined and money was refunded, I then tried the Gloucester store to which it said 2 in stock, I waited a few days to hear back and no confirmation email for collection, I tried ringing the store 10 times, I even resulted to trying to contact Cheltenham store 4 times as it was close by with 4 in stock, no answer.. I tried to ring Hereford just to get through to at least someone, no answer?I then drove from Hereford to Gloucester to the store I?d purchased the gazebo from for answers as my money had been taken and I was just left in the dark to what was going on, they?d apparently rejected my order but I hadn?t received the email, yes I did check my junk there was nothing there, they did eventually resolve the issue in store and give me a refund, which took 4 days and then told me to order online and it should take 3 - 4 days to come, so I then ordered it for delivery which was also a nightmare cause not only did it say over a week to come, everyday I checked the delivery date it moved a day back, it wasn?t till I emailed your delivery company that they then managed to deliver it that Saturday which to be honest baffles me how it can go from 2 weeks away to 2 days, so to be honest my experience was stressfull and costly cause I had to drive to Gloucester and waste my fuel just to find out what?s going on with a product I purchased cause no one answers the phone. I now have the gazebo and I am happy with but I?m reluctant to ever use the range again now which is a shame cause I did tend to pop in to there quite often but quite frankly now I?m put off.

Where to start lol went in for an item that was showing in stock and for collection, went to the isle and a display unit was there but no stock on the shelves so I asked a member of staff if he could check this and to be honest straight away it was clear that he did not want to be there and 2nd he was not interested what so ever.I was told that the item should not have been on display and that their system updates at midnight and someone had probably purchased the two that were showing available.He then asked us to bring up the details on our phone which I though was odd as they should have scanners and computers to check. We showed him that it was showing 2 he clearly didn't want to know but we asked if he would go and check the Warehouse as they have been wrong before. Off he went, was gone less than a minute and returned saying that they were not there and he would amended the stock! He did no such thing! For some reason we just were not convinced that he had even looked so we decided to ask at customer service. A really pleasant girl looked on the computer and wrote down the location that the two items were in the warehouse and surpise surprise she came back with the item. We were not surprised as he just looked like he did not care and did not want to even look, we were then told that he was actually the Store Sales Manager!!!!! My jaw hit the floor! Clearly not interested! They wonder why people shop on line, words absolutely fail me! Anyone going and told theres nothing there really need to go to customer service and get them to double check!!

Last 2 times ive been in, Till staff incredibly rude, unfriendly and unhelpful....! Bandm and home bargains very competitive and you dont have to go out of you way to get there....so i dont think ill bother with the range again!
