Just came back from Buckingham Tesco Express in Hereford after a mid evening dash for some drinks. The shop was well stocked and had a nice atmosphere with families and teenagers coming in.
The staff member on the till was called Lee....What a lovely customer service style he had which wasn't put on just his natural self. First you could sense he enjoyed what he was doing and wasn't bored and we made a basic connection and had a chat while the shop was quiet and i left the shop thinking how i had enjoyed our small chat and his happy disposition which gave me such a positive view of the experience i wouldn't think twice about going back again. So well done Lee... a credit to Tesco.

First time in this tesco express and popped in not too long ago just to grab a few bits and needed something from behind the counter - the man serving was so friendly and upbeat, definitely lifted my mood for the rest of the evening! ?

I often come into this store in the evening after finishing work, there?s a lady maybe late 30?s , filling shelves always a pleasure to speak to, funniest person in the shop! I think her name is Nicole or Nicola

I was in the store about 20 minutes ago and once again I left smiling and very satisfied :) the best and wonderful employees! I come almost every day for them and I'll definitely be there tomorrow too?

Wont be going again staff including manager not wearing masks how do they expect customers to stick to the rules the manager last few mornings 630 -7 am mask hanging off his one ear maybe they dont value customers safety ?
