Understaffed cafe = ridiculous waiting time
The cashier also makes the drinks. The coffee (flat white £3.80) is priced the same as a standard coffee shop yet it is machine operated. The staff are nice and friendly but waiting nearly 30 minutes for an smashed avocado on sourdough with Fried egg and Streaky bacon is ridiculous.
The toasted banana bread was underwhelming.
The positive was that the smashed avocado dish was delicious and well presented.

Store is absolutely fine, upon going to checkout the operator started scanning the goods so quickly that by the time I got to the other end the goods were all piled up (a bit like being in lidl or aldi who are infamous for scanning goods quickly) at least when I go to these stores I expect this. I have been a Tesco club card member for many years and on this occasion it was unexpected. The till operator namely Aaron, never said hello when I arrived at the till, no conversation, no eye contact, in addition to this he was wearing headphones, not sure if he was more interested in his music than he was customer service. I must add that all tills were staffed and it wasn't busy. This wont put me off shopping in Tesco but it is the first time I've experienced this type of service from Tesco which is normally friendsly, attentive and professional.

Policy on carrier bags needs looking at. Now we have to ask for bags and scan them before they are released to us?! Yes of course dishonest people exist but to treat every customer as if they are dishonest if offensive. I suppose self scan customers will next be followed around the store to ensure we scan everything and don't put anything in our pockets etc!!

Night security guard was rude, condescending and watched us pay for all our stuff then when our friend made an error and asked for help the security guy (big bald dude) was nasty and his behaviour was unacceptable. He made me and my female friend very uncomfortable and even threatened to call the police because I was filming myself if ?his Tesco?. He has a weirdly strange obsession for the safety of safety pins.

Horrible place! Went in to get some cash. Their cash machine was out of order, and if I'm honest, so were the staff
The £50 per transaction cashback rule got changed to ' £50 per person'
Which I'm pretty sure is not the case, in fact on many occasions when my family and I were in need of more £, staff would suggest splitting the transactions to accommodate for the cashback needs.
Not here, though. Here, I just got vague directions to the cash machine nearby
Why is it so hard for.people to help one another?
To make someone body's life a little bit easier?
Just by making a tiny bit of effort. Doing that little extra.
But instead, the chosen option is always one to spoil someone's day and make is really difficult
And I'm really struggling to understand why
I really hope it at least made HER happy
