I have been renting with Sunderlands for over 3 years now, I have always found them really helpful and supportive. Phil Ashman in particular is very quick to respond to any concerns and issues, and makes sure you are kept informed of anything ongoing. I would definitely recommend. Recently I have had to move (due to landlady selling) and Phil was SO helpful in helping to find an alternative place for me to live, and made a very stressful time a little easier. Thank You.

I would highly recommend Sunderlands in Hereford. An agent selling the property I was a tenant at made the effort to write a note to thank me for keeping the place clean and tidy for when he did the walk around for potential buyers. The acknowledgment of his appreciation was so lovely. Following that I had fantastic service from Lianne who has been on the end of the phone if needed and has been very efficient with emails and the proceedings for my next rental property. Extremely great service with Sunderlands!

After searching around for a couple of months to find a suitable properties with other estate agents, 24 hours after contacting Sunderland's I'd viewed a property, applied to rent, been approved and paid the deposit! Lianne, had been extremely warm, friendly and professional as well as wonderfully efficient. Thank you Sunderland's - would definately recommend. :)

I would recommend Sunderlands if you are looking for letting agents, they found me a tenant within a few days and managed everything in my absence as I was abroad at the time. I have found them incredibly helpful and always professional, thank you.

The amazing team at Sunderlands offered a very professional service when selling my parents' bungalow recently. The photographs were excellent and Nigel, the estate agent, was helpful, knowledgeable and supportive throughout. Absolutely appalling place - offered ASKING price for a property to be told they?re gunna leave it a bit longer to see if they can get offered more. Why put a price if they want more? Do not use these. Bunch of t***s
