ordered a footlong sub and i was concerned to say the least as when it was being folded over there was no attempt at trying to keep it together so when i got back sat down and opened it everything fell out as the photos show disappointed to say the least

Came in and ask about gluten free to the member of staff to say gluten free is on the board and then when we doubled checked the member of staff then said to will soon find out won't you.

Went in today. Awful customer service. Rude. The meat was absolutely freezing cold even I mentioned her to toasted. And order 2 items she gave us same item. She cannot understand English. How come she can deliver food to customers. Better training good speaking skills staff. Donot put Eastern European people who cannot speak English. Bad day even manger donot mention apologies for her fault never go again rubbish and uneducated customer service is waste of time.
