Fantastic hair cuts for both my daughter and myself. The staff are very knowledgeable and willing to take the time to find out what you want and what would suit you. Really friendly. Relaxed atmosphere. We felt pampered.

Really disgusted by a staff member swearing at me last Thursday for enquiring about making a booking, his attitude was blunt and disrespectful. I even said to him ?did you just swear at me?? And gave me a go away hand gesture and muttered a swore at me in front of other customers you had in.I would like the Manager to contact me. For a small independent I really think this is dreadful and should think long and hard about that team member working for you in a small town, where people talk.I recently changed from using another barber in the area due to the unreliability of opening times.I received a good haircut from you and will not return until I have had a response and have an understanding of what will be done regarding my complaint.Service: Hairstyling

Paid £15 for a haircut at longhorn's, I've had some questionable trims but this was not great at all, asked for a little off the top and left with hardly anything left. Go here if you want a skinfade, do not go for anything else, I will not be visiting again.Service: Hairstyling
