Went in to get mine and my boyfriends glasses fixed, he needed a whole new arm, mine needed a new nose rest and the film on one of my lenses was scratched, within half an hour both pairs were sorted bar my lense which Julien spoke with his manager and sorted me out a whole lense replacement free of charge, was absolutely brilliant, 5 stars to Julien!

I have just collected my new prescription sunglasses from Specsavers Hereford! Amazing! I would like to thank Julian and Debbie for a great service. Julian was not only attentive and professional but also incredibly friendly and personable. Debbie, the manager, clearly demonstrates great leadership skills and demands a high level of customer service - which is evident in all the interactions you have with the staff! I went to have my eyes tested, all the staff are very helpful and know their job, I was told that my glasses would be ready to pick up on the 7th August, we were out and about on Saturday and I had a text saying that my glasses were ready to be picked up, what a service, I can?t fault them 110%
