The gym was great BUT the air con is broken and makes it almost unusable. It's hotter inside then outside. This has been the case for weeks. It would be a 5 star if the air con works. It's a shame as j liked this gym.

It?s a great gym very clean.
However with the weather being so hot the air conditioning needs turning up. It is too hot todo cardio, other members feel the same and can?t do whole workout because it?s too hot. Some members have thought about using a different gym because of this. It shouldn?t be cooler outside than inside. I?ve never known such a warm gym it?s a shame as it?s great gym and great location. Please just put the air con up a bit!.

This gym has gone so down hill since the end of last year I signed up in September of 24 and it seemed like a good gym, there was a staff member there to greet you at the door and had great equipment now it?s like the staff finish early are hardly ever staffed like come on, always saying sorry for the inconvenience it?s happening all the times it?s a disgrace

Amazing gym. Very well kitted out and great vibe. The club manager Charlie is always very friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone in the local area looking for somewhere to join.

Disgusting atmosphere and manager. Last time i came here there was poo stains on the machines and dirty tampons on the floor. Upon raising these concerns to management i got hung up on after informing them i wish to cancel my membership. for them to send it to a debt collection agency. Poor management

Best gym in Hereford by a long shot. No contract tying you in and staff a friendly and welcoming. Cannot recommend this gym enough. A+

Been here for almost 3 years now and every time I step foot inside, I always get this "let's get this done" vibe and it feels great. Made a lot of friends in the last 2 years here.
