Professional and Friendly service, ideal for quick collection. Had everything in stock so no complaints. Showed me the new collection option so I don't have to queue, using their app. Very handy.

Superb service from the Trade Team. I ordered several items in the evening not noticing they wouldn't be available the next morning. They found alternative items and also helped set up a new app on my phone. I can now see what's in stock,and get my previous receipts. I used them for over 5 years and can't fault them.

Just had a bad experience at Hereford branch with the store manager who went back on his word regarding an issue with a recent order.\\nDid eventually come out in to car park with threating attuide and body language.Right up in my face and not wearing a mask (Has dave heard about CORONVIRUS).\\nHave reported the manager ( dave) to head office. So unprofessional and a embarrassment on the company for a so called manager to act in this way.

Bad experience at the Hereford store with dave the manager refused to sort out issues with damage item. Arranged visit to store however manager (dave) tried to hide, but eventually came running out of the store with abusive behaviour in front of other customers, what a total embarrassed for screwfix.Did report to managing director however they have chosen to sweep it under the carpet.After 20 years of using screwfix to treat a customer this way is disgusting, I will be taking my trade elsewhere I use to spend around 20k a year there.
