I have been seved by the same lady in this shop twice and found her very rude and dismissive, found out this time she is the owner, i had lost a family member and left the shop feeling very upset after the way she spoke to me, will never go to this florists again

I absolutely love this florists shop. The ladies are always welcoming friendly and very helpful. My dog is always made welcome he loves his fusses they give. Such a lot of choice of real flowers and artificial at reasonable prices. Always lovely bits and bobs seasonal and otherwise. Thanks for my shopping experience every time.

If I could leave ?0? for the flowers I received from Sarah Jane?s today I would, they were a birthday gift from a family member and the £45 arrangement looks like a tacky throwback to the 1970s, and not in a good way. With one stem of lilies, two gerbera and the remainder cheap carnations & daisy chrysanthemums - all in similar shades of pink - they are truly awful and very badly presented. The picture on the website was still a one dimensional colour palette, but it showed a larger range of flowers & included roses (which let?s face it, no florist is without). In comparison my daughters sent me a beautiful white & purple bouquet from Hillman?s, with a large variety of flowers in an elegant presentation box, so I?d like to thank them for their care and dedication.
