Moved here recently and have used them a few times for parcel delivery, but many times more for convenience shopping late at night, probably 4-5 times a week at £15-25 a shop. Tonight I took two small parcels in at 22:10 and as I was printing off the labels was told they do not accept them after 22:00. In that case I would suggest they update their Evri profile, as it clearly states they take parcels until 23:00. I now have to travel again tomorrow to another Evri drop-off point as I will not shop here again. Damn annoying!

I find the selection good and above all else the gentleman working here is always so friendly and that makes a huge difference compared to some other shops. Evri machine for posting too which is a big bonus.

Useless for posting anything, no printer for printing labels off. They refuse large parcels for no apparent reason. Very poor customer service...

This became a Premier store a few years ago so the image still on street view is out of date. Got to be honest I've only popped in for the odd item such as a postal stamp but the shop is clean, well stocked, the staff are polite and the opening hours are pretty good.

Stopped accepting large UPS parcels when they did in the past. Why even bother offering the service and turning down custom?Good beer selection, however!**thanks for replying, review updated.
