International Standard parcel never recieved, it was sent to me on July 26, on Aug 10 the sender checked the status of the shipping and it turned out not even the staff knew what happended to it, the tracking number was useless, apparently the package got lost without knowing if it even got out of the country or not, it's Sep 4 and no sight of it yet. Second time Royal Mail fails on international delivery.

Parcel ordered and paid for 48hr delivery. Was sent text that it was due 2 days later Wednesday 5th April. Parcel didn't turn up, no tracking info. Phoned Royal mail and was told it had not cleared Tipton but should be overnight and arrive Thursday 6th April. No info available so this time went to local Hereford sorting office for info was told it was still in Tipton. Good Friday no-one working, Saturday 8th April still no sign Easter sunday, Bank holiday monday came and went finally turned up a week late.

site stated opening times 7am - 2pm i arrived at 12.05pm and it had closed at 12.00 i had travelled half hour to get and was very disappionted

Postman took my parcel, threw it about, didn't bring the labels with him. Parcels now lost with no idea where. Won't give me his name to make a proper complaint and instead make excuses for him that there's a lot of negativity towards them.Perhaps there is negativity because of your rude, disorganised postmen snatching parcels from people, throwing them onto surfaces and not putting on the labels as they were supposed too before running off.
