I love going to this pharmacy - it feels so peaceful and friendly - the pharmacist is always willing to see you personally if needed, and the staff are like part of the family! As long as you remember they are closed between 1 and 2, you're in for a treat.

Went to collect antibiotics after 5 in the evening told none in stock ...too poorly to go elsewhere so said would come back in the morning after a delivery...phoned through to check when arriving and told they had always been available.
This delayed my treatment and shouldn't have happened

Lovely team who are always helpful and understanding. A special thank you to Pat who goes above and beyond and is always very caring. The pharmacist, Umar, has also been very helpful when I've needed advice or booked my flu vaccination appointments.

Myself and my children never have a problem with this pharmacy the staff are all so welcoming, chatty and helpful. If medication is not available they are able to source it by the next day. Definitely deserve 5stars :)

Disappointed. Went to collect a prescription that had been prepared and was texted to say was available; at the counter, was told that as there was no pharmacist available I couldn?t be given the meds I require. As this repeat prescription was already prepared I fail to see why it couldn?t be issued - I also fail to understand how the management can think a single point of failure is acceptable - absolutely no redundancy in staff. Welcome to an uncomfortable weekend.
