Took our car in for an MOT, very professional service. Fixed the issues needing fixing super quick and kept us updated each step. Very lovely guys who work there. Will definitely be using them for all of our future work. Was recommended this garage by a friend and was not disappointed. A big thank you

I left the Seat Altea XL car to repair the brake piston. They repaired the brake, but they damaged many other things. They had a problem with the passenger's window, instead of unscrewing the screws and removing the door, they torn it off with great force, and so that the customer did not see the damage, everything was glued with silicone! I made a complaint the boss took pictures of the damage and silence until today I did not receive any answer even sorry he couldn't say! Well, this is how you give an apprentice (student, son of the owner) a car for repair. I do not recommend this workshop in any way, I even advise against it and warn against the services provided there.Service: Brakes

I went there to get one of their ice creams..big sign outside saying ice cream..they do not do ice cream though apparently..Will never go again..false advertising..staff were porky looking so I suspect they ate it all..who knows

A clean and tidy service station that is clean and well presented.Has plenty of parking, and has a good range of stock inside.Staff are friendly and helpful.There is a Legges of Bromyard kitchen inside too, that does very good quality hot rolls, and a range of filled cold rolls in the shop.

Good selection. Like the home-cooked choices for takeaway.Everything is at least 20% more/too expensive (than elsewhere); presumably because it's a passing spot for HLC students.Maybe an off day, but I didn't find the service particularly friendly. T'was perhaps my fault, because I was fumbling around for ages finding my card (but only person in queue).

My first experience at this company was when I had to change the car filters and the oil. Absurd price. Almost 160 pounds. At the beginning of the service I was asked to stay away from the car. I couldn't keep up with what was going on with my car and gave up on the service. I was still forced to pay £ 33 for nothing. I promised never to come back and I started to be serviced by a Polish guy in another workshop. I liked that attention he gave me, but when I needed him the second time. His colleague told me that he was working at Rotherwas Service Station. I could have looked for another workshop, but I liked that Polish guy. I swallowed my pride and took my car to be repaired. I was well attended to by him, he charged me £650. A week before Christmas. In early February my car was in the same trouble as before. I went to the Polish guy and i asked him to see the car again. For my surprise, he just said he wouldn't do it. Soon they will receive a visit from the police. That's a crime.

Really good service station now that the work has been done on the new shop. Good range of food and drinks, and hot and cold fresh food. Open 24 hours. Parking is limited if you aren't using the pumps.

Lots of choice of food, drinks, essentials. Hot and cold food and drink to takeaway. Open 24 hours. Clean and tidy. Friendly, helpful staff. Reasonably priced stock. They have a lovely selection of homemade pastries etc.

Booked my car in last minute as the engine warning light kept coming on. Never been to RSS before but they were absolutely brilliant. Thoroughly recommend!
