Absolutely shocking the lack of care you have shown towards these poor dogs.
They clearly need rescuing and yet you choose to do nothing .
I always donate to to animal welfare groups including yours but after seeing this you will not receive another penny , shame on you all .

the rspca is a waste of space. A dog is left to live outside in freezing conditions and you do nothing to get him to safety. SHAME ON YOU!
