Younger staff no experience in life problems and display no understanding to wards the stress of caring for someone and problems it involves. Demanding my 85 year old Mother waited and sat down. She explained she could not leave my Father long but she pulled a face and walked off. Informing head office, the response was poor and no empathy towards the difficulty's encountered.Monmouth branch completely different approach and understanding. Thank you Monmouth!!
