Its big, its cheap. Unless you get there early, can be bit of a jumble sale.. l have found their clothes you pay for what you get, they dont last, but ok for now..

I am absolutely disgusted with primark, security followed me round and tried to nick my thongs which I was trying to buy, the thongs in the store are disgusting and have clearly been used as they have multiple skid marks, I even caught a kid taking a wiff of them. The socks are mouldy and stinky I will never visit this primark again because it has skid marks on all of the clothes. Probably scabies too xoxo!!!!!! Gossip girl

Why is it that boys clothes are so much better made than girls clothes? Found tops for my girls in boys half and nice conga trousers. Good quality and quite helpful staff. Getting pricey.

Great shop! It's always tidy, and well stocked. The air conditioning hardly ever works, so expect it to be boiling inside on a hot day. The checkout staff are honestly like zombies. You will not get service with a smile here.

Unfortunately the Hereford branch isn't good at all. It's crammed and messy and not disabled friendly what so ever, apart from one member of staff that was also disabled with a walking stick, he's was lovely. Their home section is tiny. Do not recommend so sorry.

quality of clothing is on point! unfortunately i can never find my size very well in clothes i like here. i am a 6-8. also the stuffiness of the place, random clothes, hangers and litter chucked on the floor and the long queues at the checkouts put me off personally.
