Never used this sawmill before, and it was a great experience! Daniel who I spoke to was brilliant, sorted it all out quickly and responded quickly too. Great quality steamed Beech also!Will definitely be back again, Thank you! :)

Visited this company to get some information and prices for some new fence timber. The person who looked after me could not have been more helpful in answering all my questions & and showing me a sample of the timber. Will be buying my timber from them, very refreshing to find a company who's staff will go the extra mile.

Over and above\\nWe turned up 20 minutes before closing time on a Saturday, when any shop worker is thinking about closing up and getting home, and we were greeted by a friendly member of staff (whose name I learned was Ash) who really seemed to want to help. Ash went well out of his way to solve our DIY problem, and not only that, he saved us a tonne of cash too. The contrast with the big high street chains could not be more stark. This is what a builders' merchants should be like.

Ordered 14 lengths of decking last week told it arrive wed pm..it arrived wed am good i thought till i measured it. It was the wrong size 420 long instead of 480. Rung them up and sorted an exchange for thurs. Never arrived rung them back sorry it will be fri am waited in rung again at 1.30, sorry its on second run be with you by 3.30 to 4pm at latest. Same again rung them at 4.30 sorry driver had to return running out of hours deliver sat morning. All i can say is they quick to take your money but aftersales service is appalling especially as it was their fault to start with. How can you treat your customers like this its just not good enough. We had to do all the chasing up or ekse we would be in the dark with what was happening.
