Our Christmas Eve tradition was ruined! For the past 14 years we’ve taken the kids to Pizza Hut on Christmas Eve.Tonight we were turned away (despite phoning ahead to say we would be there) They were apparently too busy……only 2 other families in there!! Nando’s were VERY accommodating !!!

Xmas Eve, I phoned at 3pm to check it was open as six of us planned to come at 6pm. I was assured that would be fine. We travelled 23 miles and was informed on arrival they were too busy with takeaways. I told the staff member I had phoned before coming, and she said, No, there are only drinks. At Pizza Hut Restaurants, freedom is our attitude. Our state of mind. It's being able to do your thing. It's about our famous Lunchtime Buffet, Ice Cream Factory and free Salad Bar. Days out with the kids and nights in on the sofa (we offer collection at all Huts). Epic pizza, meaty pizza, vegan pizza, under-500-calories pizza and more Cheesy Bites than you can shake a stick at. So leave your table manners at the door and bring your appetite.
