We wanted to thank the staff here for our most recent visit. They were so tolerant of our nervous puppy and couldn't have been more understanding when he had a little "accident"..(!) They are always lovely here and the shop itself is always well stocked, hence why we come back so often! A special thank you to Chloe and her colleague with her at the till (whose name we didn't get, sadly!) who were brilliant and great assets to the company. We heard them chatting with other customers too, demonstrating exactly what great customer service should be - relaxed, friendly, fun and professional. Thank you - we will be back!!

Excellent range of quality products and the staff gave me great advice about what I needed. Really grateful for her guidance! She showed a great knowledge of the products displayed. It's expensive but it is top quality.

Extremely over priced, wouldn't go in there again. Very basic supply of pet needs, including a large range of unsuitable products for most small animals.

We have been bringing our Collie puppy to the puppy hour on Saturdays, what a brilliant thing to have! The staff at the Hereford Pets Corner are fantastic, really helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend a visit here even if it's just for browse :-)
