“We wanted to thank the staff here for our most recent visit. They were so tolerant of our nervous puppy and couldn't have been more understanding when he had a little "accident"..(!) They are always lovely here and the shop itself is always well stocked, hence why we come back so often! A special thank you to Chloe and her colleague with her at the till (whose name we didn't get, sadly!) who were brilliant and great assets to the company. We heard them chatting with other customers too, demonstrating exactly what great customer service should be - relaxed, friendly, fun and professional. Thank you - we will be back!!”

Then they must have noticed me looking at another item with glasses on and asked if I wanted any help, that doesn’t happen often nowadays. I said yes and the polite lady informed me of all the attributes of the cat medication i required. On top of that the guy at the till was super chill and happy, yep I would go there again for sure. ?”
