Ordered at 5pm this evening. Food didn't arrive till 7pm after ringing up and being told it will be with me soon, upon arrival half my order wasn't there. Rang the store back to ask where the rest of our deal was and was told will be with me in 10 mins, still sat here at 9pm with no sign of the rest. Rang store a few times since and nobody Is picking up. I will not be ordering from here again.. ?

I waited an hour and a half for a single pizza order. When I called after an hour he said the food was not even in the oven yet as no driver available. I called 2 minutes later to cancel and was told it would be with me in 10 minutes which was a blatant lie as it was not even in the oven yet! I have now waited a further 30 minutes since being told that and still no food. The man on the phone was unapologetic and showed very little care about my ridiculously long wait time. The 3 stars they have is very very generous in my opinion. I will not be ordering fron there ever again. Disgusting service.

Normally like this place. However I ordered some pizzas yesterday and when they turned up the boxes absolutely stunk of marijuana. It was so bad that the house ended up reeking of it. What people do in their own time, I have no issue with. However when you're going to do it in an establishment which then makes my house stink of it, around kids is unacceptable and disgusting behaviour. Fair to say I'll never order from Papa Johns again.

Much better since new owners, food is super fresh and the staff are great. A1 recommend. Was about to get a parking ticket and my man brought the food out to the car so I could defend from the ticket enforcer.

Called through to order, spoke to a barely there person who took over 6 minites and 4 corrections to get the order right. Told it will be ready for collection in 25 mins. Drove there to be told they dont have the order, 'the manager probably took it but he's gone now'. Staff member then proceeds to wander off whilst we tried to reorder. Then we were offered a hawaiian for a fiver that had been clearly left on the side for some time. The staff member was so rude that we gave up and walked out. Went to Pizza Hut instead and got polar opposite service. Lady was lovely, sorted order in 2 mins and food was ready after 10 mins. I will never order at Papa Johns Hereford again, it is run by idiots who dont know the first thing about customer service.

Food was good, ordered an xl but they accidentally made a large. Granted this was the last pizza of the night. Luckily they made us a small pizza to go with the large.

Great pizza. After refurbishment it looks like they care and they are fast with service. We used to love our take away pizza from papa johns and we have been missing it in hereford. Good that they are open again. ?

AMAZING ! The pizza came quickly and was nice and hot which I find is an issue with the pizza places near me. I also tried the tandoori pizza and it was something different to what the family usually eats but we all loved it. And we obviously had to eat it with the potato tots !! Highly Recommend.

Having been closed for some time the shop has reopened and under new management by the looks. Good deals online if collecting, only downside is the food can take quite a while to cook. Tastes good though and there are several nice vegetarian choices.

Amazing Pizza! Delivery was quick and workers are kind and extremely helpful. I would definitely be carrying on ordering from here every weekend. My kids also adore the pizza.
