I visited One Stop on Grandstand Road in Hereford recently and had an incredibly poor experience with a staff member named Sue. She was extremely rude, miserable, and completely unhelpful. I mentioned that Google shows the shop opens at 6 am, but she dismissed it immediately, saying it had ?nothing to do with her? and blamed head office. When I asked if she could contact them, she flat-out refused and ignored me completely after that.
Her attitude was appalling, and it made the whole experience stressful and unpleasant. I was trying to collect a Yodel parcel, but after this experience, I won?t be using this location again. Absolutely horrendous customer service ? avoid if you can.

Yet another Yodel drop off point with unhelpful staff who won't let you drop a parcel off because there little basket is full! If you don't want to take parcels don't sign you as a Yodel drop off!!

Absolutely horrible experience. Ordered regularly from Deliveroo and they would constantly forget or pick wrong items. Finally Deliveroo decided to blame me and banned me from their service because One Stop were failing to deliver what I ordered every single time. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Popped in to get 4 pt milk price gone up another 10p just compared prices, even though one stop is connected to tescos, tescos still has cheaper milk and so does asda. Even though your my local will need to get my milk from town. ?x

I have never written a review before but after many experiences going to this shop I have never had a nice experience with an old woman who works here, I think she is the manager. During May, in the heat of the pandemic I was stood one step in front of the 2 metre marker. My fault I know, but it is hard to see with floor with masks on. So she shouts ?can you move behind the marker? with so much hostility. Another employee there, then proceeds to come about a metre behind me to stack shelves. Did she advise her colleague to stay two metres apart also? Of course not. The next time I entered the shop there was a customer in the way of the route you?re supposed to follow but I only needed a lighter so I went straight to the till. She told me I had to walk around the route before I come to the till. I explained that there was someone in the way and that I didn?t need anything else. She told me that did not matter and I still had to follow the rules. Again she was very rude about this and in no way is that going to help stop the spread of the virus. I have been served by her many times and have never had a good experience with her. She?s an uptight rude old woman who should just retire because she clearly does not enjoy earning minimum wage being a shopkeeper. Every other member of staff there is lovely however which is why I have given this a two star rating instead of one.

Son bought something's from here the male staff member scruffy bleached hair new lad was extremely rude to him and sarcastic. Not happy. Stop disreapecting teenagers they aren't all bad.
