I visited One Stop on Grandstand Road in Hereford recently and had an incredibly poor experience with a staff member named Sue. She was extremely rude, miserable, and completely unhelpful. I mentioned that Google shows the shop opens at 6 am, but she dismissed it immediately, saying it had “nothing to do with her” and...
