Visited this shop yesterday, staff very unhelpful not interested in the fact that my contract phone didn't work in this area, but still expect me to pay the monthly fee, in my opinion no point having this shop, staff not prepared to do anything except the customer to do everything, not me !! O2 can stick there account

absolutely unbelievable! fuming on my mother's behalf. a couple of weeks ago she went into your store to try and sort a stupid bill of £1.80 per month - from a phone SHE IS NOT EVEN USING. she wanted assurance that this would not come out of her account, was told NO, yet it did, and lo and behold, another bill has now arrived .... so she has gone back to O2 Hereford with various documents to prove who she is, and they said they can't close the account in store, mum has to phone up to a number!!!!!!!!! OMG last time she was in store, she was told she if she brought in proof, they would close the account in store. and now they haven't. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING WAY TO TREAT ANY CUSTOMERS - especially an older customer.
AVOID O2.

Went into store this morning to sort issues with my accounts,The customer service was highly poor..No wonder alot of 02 stores are closing, because the staff are so un professional and obnoxious it's unreal ?

Plenty to choose from.and the member of staff I spoke with was very knowledgeable.She understood my needs for a new mobile (1st world problem)Didn't try and steer me to the fastest, shiniest, because its cool...which was appreciated.Only dropped a star, as there were only 2 staff. This I saw as a problem when a few customers came in and had a wait.

If you need a phone with accessories avoid at all costs, 4 months down the line still nothing, a phone shop were nobody answers the phone how ironic and to be told after visiting, we will call you back, its only be 4 days.

Been told to phone store by O2 as they cannot find my phone number on their records. Phone been ringing for more than an hour without being answered.On phone person said I best go down to shop and see them. It's at least an hour away!! get real this is not London we live in.Very poor service both on line and now on site.
