Having visited Next in Hereford today nearing closing time, I was in search of a suit having been let down by another company on their next day delivery promise. I was in a rush due to the time restrictions of needing the suit for the next day. In my search of finding a sales assistant for some help I came across Katie. Katie was very kind, friendly and approachable and offered to help me swiftly. I managed to find all items I needed and was greeted my Katie back at the till. Katie took the time to talk to me, which isn?t always that common anymore, this helped with calming my nerves and anxiety over the situation.

Really nice sized store with a good selection of clothes. It is also really conveniently close to parking and town so you can have a good mooch around

Walked 30 minutes into town to specifically return something at Next. Arrived at 17:55pm and they were locking the doors! Their website + google state they?re open until 7pm! Fuming!!! ?

No access to the Home section for 1 to 2 weeks due to refurbishment. Seems like a rather unusual retail strategy for the Christmas period. Staff were pleasant and very apologetic though.

Good quality clothes and shoes. Only quib is that they dont do Half Sizes, and could do with an extra member of staff.Love their jeans & clothes, it always beats those supermarket & other cheap brands, especially on quality, comfort and fit.Bought couple good pairs of jeans and footwear for our kids on sale.

Bought Christmas presents for my daughters on 14/11/22. Though short staffed, I thought Mary coped well, she was very helpful. Thank you Mary & Next, I will return to shop again sometime in 2023.

They do have a very good range of dresses for everyone. The shop is big spacious and nicely arranged. They do also have some house decorative, lighting, indoor plant, few kitchen utilities and so on. The staffs are very good and helpful. Very good place for shopping

Had excellent customer service in the Home department at hereford store.Amanda couldn't do enough for me. Very helpful, polite and cheerful.i went home a very happy customer.

The service was terrible, wouldn't exchange some jeans i bought for a different style because I didn't have the receipt. I still had the labels on saying next so simple exchange wouldn't of hurt. I will not be shopping here again terrible
