3rd attempt at getting the fitting done this week. So be prepared for some flexibility due to circumstances beyond your control.But the National Windscreens employee I dealt with was professional, courteous, friendly & efficient.New windscreen fitted & calibrated in 90mins. Well done & thank you.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! So annoyed.....booked a windscreen repair today, changed my whole work diary to fit in with appointment, waiting at my office all day after calling to confirm the appointment in the morning. No one has turned up. I checked my phone and I received a text to say 'your appointment is on the 18/11/2021). No other communication with them, no phone call, no notification. I am so angry because this was the only day I could fit it in this week and I am away next week. Really poor service and really poor customer service. You cannot even contact the local branch.
