First time at any Nandos for me. Honestly do know why there is hype around this brand. Dry chicken served suspiciously quickly, not much flavour. Service was OK, but you have to go up to the counter. All pretty basic. Much better places to eat. Basically just an expensive fast food chain.

Came here the other day and was displeased to say the least. Food came within minutes but the quality was poor. The chicken thighs were undercooked and the burger was bland.

We were welcomed and seated quickly even though the restaurant was packed this afternoon. Ordered from the app but staff came and checked if we needed help. Food arrived quickly and tasted Nando?s standards. Two staff came to check if the meal was ok, unlike some other restaurants where they don?t employ enough staff, this place has enough staff and all working hard at fast pace, made you feel welcome and attended to.
The restaurant could do with new decos as it?s been here 10 years.

poor food not worth the price.
dry chicken leg practically inedible.
Caesar salad was drowned in vinegar.
The woman serving food from the kitchen to waiters was very unprofessional. she threw food and plates, forgetting that customers would eat it.
If food is served this way, I don't want to know how it is prepared.
I don't recommend this place

Not the friendliest staff, I?ve worked in the industry years ago so know the deal but staff very disinterested and butterfly chicken was so dry, came in 2 mins so can only assume had been sat there a while.

Tasty food, great service from the staff and in particular the manager, as one of our orders was delayed but the she dealt with it promptly, professionally and with a smile. Would recommend.

There was a slight issue with my order timings but the manager came out and saw me and sorted it immediately! Very friendly and helpful! Happy return again, fabulous customer service and food!!

Food came out with everything on when I asked for a plain butter fly burger so I sent it back like a ordinary person would do it then took 15 minutes to come back out and was wrong again all they had done it get rid of the sauce on one of the buns so I got up and left the premesis

Couldn?t recommend any higher. Went in today with 11 people not expecting them to cater our needs and the staff were brilliant!!! food never disappoints and the ease of the app makes splitting the bill really convenient.

Had takeaway food from Nandos twice in the last month and both times the chicken thighs have been burnt and dried out I choose thighs because they are supposed to be less dry than chicken breast but both times the food has ended up in the bin and all you can taste is a burnt charcoal taste no flavours of the meat or the marinade very disappointing especially as I live over an hour away and at the cost of the meal it?s a total waste of money
Also every time you go to sit in at hereford there is cold air blasting from above which makes you cold and your food cold too wherever you sit the only two tables that are warm are the ones next to the hand washing facilities have asked in the past about turning the air condition down usually to be ignored or told by a member of staff they will do it and then they walk off to chat with their colleagues very poor service
