The Dentists and reception staff are all professional and great. they are all let down by the incompetence and rude attitude of the office manager. He operates with prejudice towards people of a lower income status so blatantly it's sickening. He poverty shamed me in front of a room full of people for not having enough money in my bank account when trying to pay using cash. Truly disgusting and reprehensible behaviour, I could see how embarrassed the other reception staff were to be in his presence. Furthermore, cash is legal tender and it is unacceptable that he was refusing it in the first place. He posed a lack of facilities to process cash as reasoning, which only highlights more failures on his part in a managerial capacity. Some people really are clueless, this practice is in desperate need of a new manager to maintain better care/customer relation standards.

Absolutely fantastic work, dedication and service from this private dental clinic. They were very understanding given the circumstances and injuries I sustained on my teeth - Pip and the team are a fantastic group! Highly recommend.

I currently have a complaint going through for various things, cancelled appointments, false information given, lied too, wrong prices charged the list goes on and the practise manager does not know what good customer service is. He is rude, impatient and just not a nice man. The dentist, dental nurse and receptionist we saw yesterday were amazing and very helpful but yet again the practise manager showed up and let the team down. Luckily a lovely lady in patients support is dealing with my complaint.I am now putting in another complaint for further appalling customer service and making me pay for treatments that were not needed!

Reply to your response: I can't have an appointment with you to stay on your NHS register when you CANCEL EVERY APPOINTMENT I MAKE. Absolute scum mentality. Pushing blame onto patients YOU have told you will get in contact with after blocking them from dental care because your dentist want 5 holidays a year......Scratched from their NHS register without informing us, leaving us with no dentist. 0 stars if possible.2021-2022 was cancellation after cancellation, dentist was on holiday 2 of the 4 times, then they sent a text to say they'd be in touch to reschedule. Months go by and heard nothing, so call them and we aren't registered anymore apparently.

Very friendly, helpful and cheery staff. Milly the receptionist was very helpful with her advice whilst I was waiting for my treatment. Anca my dentist never fails to provide top class dentistry along with Dental Assistant Debbie.

wish i could choose 0 star of this place.. if you don't have a bag of money with these dentists you are 0 respected. They will play you up until you just give up. I had 2 kids with them for that many years and the last 2 years they just refused to take children for check up and treatment just because we didn't pay as children been registered as nhs. This place don't have any respect to anyone who wont pay,and if you say anything the reception lady will make story to chuck you out. Absolutely horrible people and management, even after complaining they just wiped my two small kids of their list as we can't afford private prices even when we been with them for 10 years .

Waited for 30 minutes on the phone as number one in the cue to change an appointment date. Unable to leave a message due to work location. Gave up in the end. Life is too short. What if I had been a patient wanting to spend money on expensive implants. I would certainly have moved on. Dentists have the monopoly due to patient numbers and lack of available patient slots. Poor service mydentist St Owen Street! Minus stars if possible.

Constantly cancelling appointments. So far 4 times this year now 5 months overdue it's no longer a routine check up needed.

Lovely staff etc, but always cancelling our appointments. We book months in advance, only to have them cancelled nearer the time. When we try to rebook we have to wait months again. Has happened so many times we're thinking of switching dentists.
