We arrived for a delightful lunch, parked our car, and quickly realized we couldn't stay due to the absurd decision to install ticket machines that only accepted cash payments. It was incredibly frustrating and frankly embarrassing, leaving us disappointed and hungry.

The overall purpose of the visit was to the pharmacy. Not opened when we arrived and a queue had formed. Enquired at customer service desk and was told that, as far as they were aware, the pharmacy would be opening but couldn't say what time. Eventually left the store at 11.20am, pharmacist still hadn't arrived.

Disastrous Uber Eats order last week. I only ordered 15 items but 5 out of 15 were marked as ?not found?. How can milk and bread be ?not found? - a very lazy store colleague IMO who couldn?t be bothered to do their job properly. I would like to speak to the store manager regarding this.

If the Hereford branch isn't your regular morrisons it's a mind blowing experience, all your favourite things in a slightly different place. Don't recommend the cafe between christmas and new year, everything we wanted was off the menu due to supply shortage, if only there was somewhere close by that stocked bread and cheese.

The cafe has taken a turn for the worse. Scrambled eggs now seem to be made from powder and the coffee whilst just ok is from a machine

Awful! We went to the cafe for something to eat after our shopping - the cold drinks machine wasn?t working and to make matters worse, the hot drinks machine wasn?t working to full capacity and only served tea.
After that, I went to the ladies toilet to walk into the accents / cupboard doors looking like they had been kicked inwards. In a very poor state of repair!
