Unfortunately second time in 2 months we have been and it’s a laughing stock, the place is a dive now, they have no change behind the bar no change in the arcade, half the machines don’t even work but still take money refused refunds, bowling was ok but any problems 20 mins for staff to come the 2 working there today... read full comment

Hereford doesn't have much going on for activities or things to do so a bowling ally is amazing! It's sad how abandoned this place is because it's massive and could be a real hub. The place looks like it hasn't been touched since I was a kid (20 years ago) the staff are great I don't know how they keep a happy face and positive attitude in a building which is falling down and needs a major renovation.
