One of the slower McDonald's I've been in with disinterested staff, there is an extremely loud manager who seemed to enjoy barking at staff the whole time I was there. It disrupted my meal an I couldn't help but wonder if he spoke less and helped his crew more it might've been a smoother operation

Had a great experience the food i ordered came out hot and everything i ordered was also in the bag. And they even gave me sauce at no extra charge.. one of my best experiences.

Just the worst. I don?t know what has happened to this place. The drive through queue is always so slow. Not a bit slow, like always 30 mins +.
We have been sat waiting for nearly 45 minutes. Oh, and you can?t turnaround and leave the queue. Once you?re in the queue you?re stuck in the queue, turning around is impossible/not an option

Delivery is a nightmare thrown in the bag cold half the time.
Drive thru of they can get the order right .. of you need to go into a bay check your meal before leaving!!

Absolutely terrible, ordered VIA the mcdonald?s app. Food came delayed. The courier was walking up and down the street. When we received our food, we had parts of our order missing and all food was stone cold. Our drinks came spilt and all in the bag and mixed together.
When we called up they told us to contact virtual help VIA the app. We done that but it told us to call up the restaurant. When we told them that, they got snappy down the phone and told us to contact the courier? We contacted the courier service and they said it?s an issue for Mcdonald?s to sort out.
We called up again stating that?s what?s what and nothing. Absolutely useless. We?ve had issues before and service had been great, had everything replaced but today? Shocking.

Been belmont a few times , sometimes its a hit and sometimes its a miss, but this time food was good , quick and service was lovely , some idiot was complaining at the desk harrassing the workers and my friend got involved to try and deal with the situation. Hope those workers dont take it to heart and have a good rest of their shift. One of the workers cam were really lovely and friendly :)

As far as mcdonalds go this one is pretty decent. Busier In peak hours due to location.

The very worst McDonald?s I have ever been to. The customer service was non existent- so slow and inaudible - the food was stone cold when It finally arrived and again when I complained and said I wanted it all cooked again so it was fresh and hot it came back cold and was not fresh. Absolute DISGRACE. Wait time so long for cold food not just me but 3 other people were not happy whilst waiting for my first order and 2 whilst waiting for the second who?s drive through orders were cold and incorrect ?? WHY ?? - gave up as had to go to a hospital appointment- they need to wake up and take some pride in their work and care for their customers. MCDONALDS you need to sort this out !
