Rented a local property for a week and had the misfortune of using this establishment a couple of times. A village shop is crucial for the community so some effort in terms of service, cleanliness and hygiene is essential to ensure the viability of this business.

We came here as we were driving past whilst on holiday. There was hardly anything in there to buy but by gosh the staff were grumpy. There were two ladies one at the till that totally ignored us and signed when it came to serving us as though we were really putting her out. The other lady was talking another language and laughing whilst stacking shelves. Didn't acknowledge us or even move so we could look at the stuff. Both need a shake up on customer service. If I was local I wouldn't use this shop at all.

Won't be going in there again. Zero customer service skills, zero cleaning skills! Filthy place, tripping over boxes that are literally everywhere around the floor!

This place is only open because there are no other options. No prices listed on any products, kids running feral in the shop, keeper is always on the phone, no hello, no thank you, no goodbye and the place is run down and dirty. Shame as the village is beautiful! I hope you get new owners for the sake of the villagers.

This Londis has had a long overdue change of ownership. The new owners are really nice, the shop is a lot cleaner and smells so much better than it used to. Bonus marks for the staff wearing clothes and not pyjamas to work

Small village shop, I use it for postal services from time to time. I find the shop keeper polite. Limited parking on the road but there is a car park on the corner.

Grubby shop, with little to no customer service.Being served and then the lady proceeds to take a phone call in the middle of a transaction. The young lad is forever in his PJs and dressing gown serving, doesn't really hit hygiene standards. Not very oftern the say hello or thank you! It's a shame, the village deserves better.

Friendly ,helpful . Sometimes a little difficult to park at busy times but otherwise a great local shop which during lockdown was able to stock items hard to find elsewhere.
