After having a bad experience ordering materials on Facebook marketplace that never arrived (I was scammed) , it was a pleasant experience being well looked after by the Jewson staff. There was one member of staff that went extra mile to help me with my order, I think his name was Thomas or Tom. He was very polite, friendly and very inquisitive :)
And I have to mention delivery drivers who took delivered materials to the back of the house, making sure they are secure and safely placed (most would dump on the driveway). Very grateful to all.

Poor. Went into store on a Saturday to place an order. Followed up with a call to the store on two occasions during the preceding week but heard nothing back from them about the items. Will be using more reliable competitor elsewhere.
