Went in looking for eco products. Could not see anything. Also not much colour in products and staff never approached even when I said quite loudly that I couldn't find what I was looking for.

It?s Sunday it should open 10am and it?s heavy rain outside we are waiting 25 minutes under the rain staff chatting inside and not opening doors!!!

Very bad customer service, I purchased two JD shoes ? in Hereford, one doesn't have my size and they told me to pay for it and they will send my perfect size the next day to my house. Three days pass they didn't, I went back to the JD shop at Hereford, met one of the staff, she was very rude to me, I don't know what her problem was, I only wanted her to check where my order was?. I didn't pay £130 to receive that kind of treatment. Once I receive that shoe I will return it for refund and will never buy from JD ever again.

Wanted to try on some shorts as normally from JDs, XS is too big. The staff opened the changing room for me, and on payment at the till, the female staff member serving me said "all that for a pair of shorts". After payment, she then said "I don't understand, if it fits it fits, if it doesn't, it doesnt". This made me want to get a refund, however I didn't and I kept my mouth shut as didn't want to make a scene. Very unprofessional, and I will not be giving hereford JDs my money again. Still may even go back for a refund to be honest.

Got told today by the manager at the hereford store I was too old to work there! She was really rude and I will be taking this further with their head office. Its called age discrimination!

There Was A North Face T-shirt I Really Wanted, When I Went To Try It On The Woman Wouldn't Let Me Try It On Saying That they were closing after person already trying clothes on Finished. This was 4.35. It Wouldn't take just under an hour to try a t-shirt on . Very very disappointed
