Regularly visit here only wash use is the top wash and i highly recomend it to anyone the full wash wax and protect is great value for money they do take care when prepping the cars
They had a few issues previous but they have rectified the issue and its all good

Taking into account the negative reviews, I still decided to try the services of this car wash.
On my third visit today, I noticed that the side brushes were not synchronized (the left one was closer to the car?s body than the right one).
As the brushes approached, the left one bent the side mirror, and when I got home, I noticed scratches on the left side of the car and on the spoiler.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!
If you're looking for an excuse to repaint your car ? feel free to visit.
Quality service is definitely not something they provide here.

I paid £9 for a triple foam wash. The guys who did the pre-wash really couldn't be bothered they barely sprayed my car or wheels in fact I had to ask one of them to spray part of my window that he'd totally missed and when I came out of the car wash itself my wheels we were still filthy!! Absolute waste of money. Not sure if it's under new management or what but it's not what it used to be so I'll be going elsewhere from now on. No matter how much you pay or what service you pay for, it's a car wash so you expect to come out with a clean car!

Really disappointed with the service at IMO Car Wash Hereford. I?ve been a loyal customer for years, with an account and multiple washes purchased, but today I was told I can?t wash my van because it has a pipe rack.
Strangely, I was offered a hand car wash instead, which felt like a cash-only arrangement. Why the sudden change in policy? And why is there an alternative service that seems to dodge proper business practices?
As someone who has supported this site for years, I expect better. This kind of treatment feels unfair, and I think other customers deserve to know how inconsistent and questionable their policies are. IMO needs to address this!

I?ve used this service frequently for a good many years however these days only when absolutely necessary. The attendants makes very little effort at spraying the wheel trims so that it cleans even reasonably well. Under arches aren?t cleaned at all. These are all advertised as included in the type of wash paid for however the manual part of the wash is awfully poor.
