Cant recommend Hunters any more highly . Alison and Liz kept me well informed and went above and beyond to assist with my sale . I have dealt with a few estate agents and I will definetly use Hunters again if needed .

Having purchased a property through Hunters a number of years ago, when we decided to move on, we went back to them.We have been extremely pleased with the level of service provided both by Alison and Liz in the office.They have both acted in a most professional manner throughout our sale and we thank them for all their hard work on our behalf.Thoroughly recommend them if you are buying or selling.

We originally bought our property in Hereford through Alison at Hunters. Five years later when we decided to sell again we had no hesitation in going back to Hunters to sell it. There were many hurdles which we had to overcome in selling our apartment but if it wasn?t for the hard work and professionalism of Alison as well her personal encouragement and support we could easily have pulled out. We would recommend anyone to use them for buying or selling in Hereford.

We purchased a house on their books. From day one the communication was excellent; with Hunters being very responsive (even at weekends). It turned out that both us and the seller had difficult solicitors and Hunters mainted the comunication flow where the solicitors failed. We ended up changing solicitors and Hunters facilitiated the transtion with as least upset for the seller as possible. When we hit little bumps along the way, Hunters were there to help clarify, smooth and assist where they could. It made a very, very stressful experience slightly more bearable. I'm not planning on moving anytime soon, but when I do, I'll be headed to Hunters.

I would recommend Hunters and in particular Alison to anyone. Other than being extremely professional, she always returned messages, and went beyond the call of duty on a couple of occasions (which i didnt expect) to help and always got answers to questions i needed. When solicitors were being slack she got on the case and so did Liz. I owe a debt of gratitude to these two steely ladies for getting things done and helping our family start a new chapter in our lives within the time scale we predicted.Thank you very much Alison and Liz for the professional, no messing about service and care. They sold my flat within days of it going on the market and handled everything in a very professional manner answering any question immediately. Even two years after the sale they were more than happy to assist me in replacing some documents that I had misplaced. Very friendly and extremely helpful staff. Highly recommend to any buying/ selling.

Useless. Booked a viewing at an apartment and they never showed up. Stood waiting outside and called the office to see where they were. Told us they'd call back right away and let us know what was going on. After 20 minutes we call again - said they would give us a call back immediately. It's been 2 hours now. Safe to say we didn't wait any longer.Awful waste of time.**Edit - moving up from 1 star to 3 as the owner kindly gave me a call to apologise which was much appreciated**

First contact was with Alison. What a breath of fresh air!There's nothing worse than having a bolshie 'know-it-all' come blithering into your home, making the process (which is absolutely horrible in itself) even more daunting. I had a few of those when making initial enquiries. Then Alison of Hunters arrived and I scratched every other Estate Agents off my list. Hunters are up front, informative, available and reliable.
