Whilst there I purchased an additional lamp which the lady staff member (Angela R) was so helpful and professional in assisting me - really excellent customer service - thanks Angela R. To do the exchange of goods I had forgot my receipt so my card was checked on the system (Angela R) to the customer rescue again - top customer service
