Horrible experience in store, never been treated so badly by members of staff, I was spoken so poorly to by a lady I believe to be called Carla from what I read on her name badge, all I wanted to do was return something with it?s tags still on and although I got the refund the attitude of the employee and the way she spoke to me and looked down on me was very disrespectful

Visited today, rude worker dressed in shorts and trainers! Shouting at us?! You are mean to be polite professional from dressing professionally to behave. You don?t treat potential customers rude, you have no reason to behave entitled or disrespect them. Awful would not shop there again just based on treatment.shameful

H&M in Hereford your customer service is shocking. The woman who was working on the downstairs till today on the 15th of may. I travelled an hour to Hereford, I have 2 all in one cards. Both with £50 on. She wouldn?t accept my digital card, even though it says USE IN STORE! She didn?t even look at them or try. What is the point in stating you accept these cards when you don?t. Ridiculous she didn?t even try or look at them.

Been in 3 times now , brought a few things, needed to exchange one , so came back , asked staff about product, they had in stock , but it was out back and she couldn't be bothered to go look , went in again today asked about the same product ( different staff member) wouldn't even check stock for me , if it's not out ,they don't have it apparently, really need to get your staff sorted, terrible customer service

Very rude employee on checkout. The rudest check out employee I?ve ever met. When I walked in you could hear her loudly speaking to customers in a very assertive and rude tone for no reason. Before I left there was a mother waiting at the check out to pay, she called to see if anyone was coming to the desk and when the employee arrived at the desk she instantly started having a go at the customer saying ?just so you know we don?t get paid to stand at the check out all day?, the woman apologised to her and said she didn?t think she had shouted, and the employee started talking about how she is ?partially deaf? so she?d know if she shouted at her or not. How is the customer supposed to know that she is partially deaf? There is also no sign stating ?DO NOT call our staff to the desk as they don?t get paid for that?. I was stunned at how rude she was. She has dark long hair and glasses. Was on shift with a girl with ginger hair who I tried to ask for the name of the woman so I could complain but she told me she couldn?t give me that info. It was just so unnecessary to speak to a customer that way because she?d obviously been having a bad day. This happened on 12th January 2025 between 3:30 and 4pm. Please look in to your CCTV, find out who this was and have a word with her. It is not on, it?s poor behaviour and makes me not want to visit the shop.

The customer service in this H&M is absolutely SHOCKING!!!
I go in here regularly to buy clothes but the staff constantly treat you like you are a massive hinderance and inconvenience!
They always look and act angry on the tills and never converse in any kind of positive communication. They always just act like you being a customer at the till is a huge annoyance to them which regularly makes myself and other people i know go in there feel anxious.
I have witnessed Shaz talk to customers like rubbish and to myself also. On an occasion i didn't want to use the self service, she made me feel like such an inconvenience to her and was very rude and abrupt to me.
On another occasion i was served by a girl called Kiera, i had been waiting in the long queue for over 20 minutes and when i got to the till, she didn't even say a simple ?hello? or ?sorry about the wait? i said Hi to her and was responded with ?your gonna have to wait a minute? in an abrupt tone, again making me feel like i was a massive inconvenience to her because i was simply wanting to pay for my items.
There is also a skinny girl with red hair, who is also very rude and abrupt and clearly does not want to provide any kind of customer service/help. I?d popped in and when asked about a coat i was looking for received a very vile and rude response, to the point i walked out the shop and had a panic attack. I was actually looking for the coat for a funeral which i am attending and she made an already sad experience for myself even more horrible.
These type of people should not be working in customer service whatsoever! They have no people skills and its clear that customers just annoy them/ are a massive inconvenience to them! It?s a real shame as there used to have be some lovely staff who worked there but don't see them anymore in there. I?ve got to the point i feel anxious about going in there because of how these staff are on a regular basis, and know of other people who feel the same as me also.

Whilst shopping today with my sister and our eleven year old niece for her birthday we experienced a sharp attitude from a member of staff. She abruptly told us the changing room was about to close and then when we asked to pay, her manner was rude. We would?ve used the self-serve checkout but my niece had cash. We felt like we had really inconvenienced her day buying things. She appeared to be in a management position. I didn?t catch her name. Awful attitude and treatment of customers.

Got my 17 year old boy some t.shirts and some plain jumpers they fit well and he look good .I do like the baby's clothes from h&m as well.
