Maria is just the most professional and knowledgeable beautician I've ever come across. She's honest, doesn't try to upsell and will always recommend what's best for you. She considers your type of beauty, your hair colour, skin type, face built etc before she does anything. I have had semi permanent makeup since the early 90s when it was first around, so I have been to many different clinics. I first went to Maria at Hereford Beauty & Aesthetics almost 2 years ago. I was very impressed and have just been back for a semi permanent eyebrow top up. Maria is extremely nice, and very professional. Her clinic is beautiful and clean with aseptic conditions throughout. Maria puts customer satisfaction at the top, and works with her clients to give them the treatments they want, and ensures they are happy at the end of treatment. I had lip filler and Hydrafacial done for the first time and I absolutely loved it. I was a bit nervous about it but Maria was lovely and explained me about everything, I love my lips rn, just exactly how I wanted it and my skin is so soft. I?ll definitely go back for more services

I have visited Maria few times already - and all I can say she not only has excellent interpersonal skills, but the effects of her procedures, that are always carried out very precisely, are visible, last long-term and are definitely worth traveling from another city. The valuable knowledge she shares with her clients is impressive and she always comes up with various ideas regarding further improvements concerning the personal health and beauty. I had a free consultation with Maria to have lip filler .. myself and my sister in law both had an appointment together from start to finish Maria was very informative and talked us through everything and always asking if I was okay....I was nervous as it was my very first time but was soon put at ease...very natural results and both of us very pleased with the results..I would highly recommend Maria for a very professional natural service...thank you so much...I will definitely return xx
