Great service from Hereford 4x4 garage. I took my Jaguar F Pace for a 48 month service and MOT today and received a very friendly and efficient service. Jenny had previously emailed me a very comprehensive quotation before the work commenced. Far superior service compared with the main dealer. I would highly recommend.

Wow what a team My 2016 Discovery Sport had a juddering at low revs so took it to Hereford 4x4 never having seen them before Jennifer Collins on reception was so helpful and quick to put my mind at rest in stating that have a diagnostic check and she was sure that Tony Hooper who is so knowledgeable would be able to diagnose what my troubles were so booked the car in for a check. On arrival back after leaving the car with Tony he took the time to fully explain just what was wrong with my car. And although it was not good news form my point of view Tony put the problem straight to me making me feel that yes it would need some major work that needed the Gearbox removed and all the timing gear replaced some £2.2k worth of work. The car was duly booked in. During the work it self other problems were highlighted in that for an unknown reason there was petrol mixed in with the diesel in the main tank which needed to be drained out and replaced along with filters etc. But again Tony Hooper was not in anyway judgmental just stating fact and reassuring me that this extra work was necessary . The next day Jennifer contacted me stating that my car was ready to be collected. we drove in and as my wife was talking and paying the bill Tony again took the time to reassure me that with all this work completed I now had a great car that should last me for years. Just what I needed to hear. All in all I cannot recommend Hereford 4x4 highly enough, although I did not meet the mechanic that completed the work I feel certain that he to is of the same standard as Jennifer and Tony where there pride in their work come first along with customer satisfaction. This was not a cheap quick fix and the staff at Hereford 4x4 made the expereance so much more tolerable. Truly brilliant. I turned up, unannounced, early one morning in a very busy Christmas week, with a misbehaving LandRover, while visiting Hereford. Despite a full work schedule, they dropped everything to get me back on the road and safely home. Polite, kind and very professional. Highly, highly recommended

I can strongly recommend Hereford 4 x 4. I took my Jaguar XKR to them after other garages had failed to fix a couple of problems. They got the required parts very quickly and fixed all the problems for me for a very reasonable charge in just a few days. The car came back better than ever and I was very pleased. Will now be getting my Land Rover fixed there rather than paying the huge charges from the main stealers. 100% recommend.Services: Body & Trim

Fantastic service - I called in the morning with an issue with my DPF on my Range Rover, it needed to be cleaned. They were able to fit me in the same day. 5 Star service - sorted the problem - very happy customer! Thank you - highly recommend!
