Staff are very rudeThe monks that live there are rude too.I was in my room and I was dressed inappropriately, one of the monks walked in my room without knocking or saying anything he just walkedIn with his master keys which I?m female and had a lot done in my past to my self so it made me feel scared and that I won?t be returning there again...!!!!!

The staff were extremely helpful, polite and friendly. The food was also great and I do like their breakfast, and the portions are well balanced. Rooms are nice depending which ones you were after, as I was a solo traveller, I opted for the double room. The garden that is next to the monastery is really nice to take a walk or to have some self reflect. I may book again in the future and I might try the retreat programme. I did attend two evening prays but next time I will try and follow their whole monastic timetable. The church is very tranquil to just take a look or to sit in, even if you are not religious, just by my taking a look at the architecture is quite impressive.

The tranquil grounds, lovely room and very competent staff made our stay perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed walking round the grounds of the Abbey, which are usually private. A very special place.

The people are great. They have big rooms with many windows. There are clean. The breakfest is good.But in the last night we didn't have the heat on and it was a little bit cold.

We've come here on a conference. The accommodation is good, the food is good, the staff are really helpful. Rooms are warm and beds comfortable. The grounds and the church are picturesque and there is a good view down the hill towards Hereford Cathedral.
