“My partner and I came in with only 1 thing in mind… tiles, those were picked easily before we’d even got there, luckily James Morgan the store manager was working and told us exactly everything we needed, nothing was to much to ask with him, he managed to organise everything else we needed with our minimal knowledge to go off. It was very busy in my opinion for a tile shop, and not once did he make us feel rushed even though he was working on his own, he made sure to talk through everything in detail so we knew what we were buying and why we needed it. Not only will we recommend Topps Tiles for good prices but definitely for the service we received.”

“After having a bad experience ordering materials on Facebook marketplace that never arrived (I was scammed) , it was a pleasant experience being well looked after by the Jewson staff. There was one member of staff that went extra mile to help me with my order, I think his name was Thomas or Tom. He was very polite, friendly and very inquisitive :)
And I have to mention delivery drivers who took delivered materials to the back of the house, making sure they are secure and safely placed (most would dump on the driveway). Very grateful to all.
