?? DO NOT GO HERE VERY BAD SEVICE ?? the service is horrible i ordered a whole pizza , donuts and croissant they told us the pizza would take 10 minutes and they told us to wait . When we took our donuts they fell because the employees didnt bother to close it and all the employees saw what happened but did not take responsibility and just left us ti take them off their dirty floor . The pizza was done but they forgot about our order and told us to pay again because we havent ordered even though we did they didnt even bother to give us a receipt . We got our pizza but DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT VERY BAD SERVICE AND RUDE EMPLOYEES

Very poor service. I asked for a katsu slice, a sausage roll and 2 Danish with the cherries on. I was given a sausage roll, 2 creamy chicken slices and 2 apple Danish.
If the member of staff couldn't hear me properly then she should if asked me to repeat.
I was in a hurry so didn't check until we got home.

I have visited this Greggs in Broad Street, Hereford, several times now; the food has been good, and the staff have always been pleasant.
You can either eat in or take out.
