I ordered a scented bouquet from Australia for a dear friend in the UK. Such great service from the beginning with a confirmation, then being informed when they were ready to send and even a photo of the box at their porch! My friend was delighted with them, so fresh and beautiful, I will definitely use them again and so nice to know they are home grown

After reading reviews I ordered the cut flowers for my mum. They arrived well packaged and lovely and fresh but I was very underwhelmed when my mum opened the box.A lot of the reviews I read, on their site, mentioned they could fill several vases/four vases/ 3 large vases and so was very dissapointed with the quantity since I'm sure my mum's vases are definitely not on the large size.

Very impressed with The Great British Florist. Have received 2 beautiful bouquets from friends this year so decided to use them to send flowers. Excellent service with a complicated order request. I ordered flowers for my parents 60th wedding anniversary, unfortunately there was a problem with delivery at the courier end (made even worse by the Jubilee Bank Holiday) so when the delivery finally arrived it was dried up and mouldy.
The problem was entire the fault of the courier but I was disappointed for my parents, so I contacted GBF to let them know that the courier had let them down.
I can tell you that they were so kind (Beth) and immediately offered to send a replacement bouquet free of charge! Thank you, thank you!! The new flowers were so beautiful and my parents loved them.

I knew I wanted dried bouquets and buttonholes for our wedding so we could keep them after the big day, and The Great British Florist didn't disappoint. The arrangements were beautiful, smelled gorgeous, and we had so many compliments on our wedding day. I loved knowing they were grown locally, and it gave us peace of mind to be able to have them delivered on the day we wanted. They also offer a wonderful package deal so I was able to save a lot of money by buying a "bundle", which no other florist offered. I would without a doubt order from them again for future events.

Fantastic flowers, very Happy BUT not with DPD who delivered them once, in all day but couldn't be bothered to even come then next delivery two days later, flowers dying of thirst by then but luckily in Jel, just drooping, and they had obviously thrown the box around as flowers upside down nearly. Please use another courier flower people.

Ordered dried flower buttonholes which were delivered promptly despite a mix up with the address which was due to PayPal not the florist. Any communication with them was answered quickly and they are so helpful. The products I received were lovely and just as pictured. Well packaged and would have no hesitation in ordering from them again

We?re so grateful to the wonderful service we were given. Quick responses to emails, friendly, helpful, and just an overall joy. The flowers arrived wonderfully (thank you so much for hand delivering them), and my spouse?s parents are completely over the moon. It is a gorgeous arrangement and the jug is stunning.
