Having rented through several lettings agents, I can confidently say the team at Glasshouse Properties are of the highest order by far, second to none.The team excels in transparency, communication, customer service and knowledge of the properties they sell.From booking my viewing appointment, through to the application process, to dealing with maintenance requests, the team has been quick, dependable and understanding. An example of excellent tenant care that stands out in my mind is when I was unable to enter the property due to a jammed door, someone from Glasshouse was there in literal minutes to help and get me out of the cold.It is refreshing to see such a uniquely dedicated team of letting agents.

I visited Glasshouse on a whim, I was due to rent a place in Liverpool and just wanted some advice. They had no stake in the game and yet Joe, who was actually on his day off, sat me down and vigorously interrogated the letting agency I was using in Liverpool with the tenacity of a financial detective investigating Al Capone. After checking everything from their Company House holdings to the profiles of people who left reviews, all the way to the type of money holders used, it's evidently clear that every person working there possesses a fantastic work ethic and in depth knowledge of the real estate profession, and I would whole heartedly recommend them to anyone seeking property within their domain. I hope the chocolates and flowers were an ample payment for their time, and was by no way influenced by the fact I left my jacket there.. Thanks again and I will be recommending yourselves far and wide.

Really delighted with the service received from Glasshouse Properties . Sam who looked after the sale for us was delightful and extremely patient, knowledgeable and so helpful . My husband is in a wheelchair , elderly and very confused most of the time but Sam made sure he was not disturbed ever .The photos were very professional and really help sell the place and the video was really specialI would not hesitate to reommend Glasshouse Properties to anyone selling or buying a house .The whole procedure took 3 months alwasy supervised by Sammaking suer no time was wasted .Many thans indeed Sam . Do not sell with anyone else!This company have been a force to be reckoned with. Our house has been very difficult with hurdles and glass house had control from all angles at all times!Constant communication, always available and honestly beyond anything I could have asked for.Will be recommending to everyone and anyone!

I have had many dealings with James Wanklyn as he has showed me a number of properties. He is always very professional, knowledgable and conscientious. The second viewing I had after the sale was agreed was with Matt Clark. The first time he has shown me a property but I also found him to be very professional and agreeable. I highly rate glass house and will continue to buy through them and in the future will be my first point of contact if I ever plan to sell any property I own. I would also consider them with any rental property I may have coming up to be advertised by them and tenancy done by them in the future.

From the start James and the team were brilliant. I bought the property while outside of the UK and the Glasshouse team facilitated the communication between vendors and solicitors perfectly even fitting site visits in to my schedule. When I actually viewed the property to was exactly as described and the images previously shared with me were truly representative of the House. The transaction completed on time without any problem.
